We would like to introduce you to Bianca, our Marketing & Social Media Intern. Bianca has been working with us since May. You may have seen her work on our Instagram feeds as she has created some beautiful content for us.
Tell us a little about yourself
Hi!! My name is Bianca Bernardes, I am 18 years old and I am from Brazil! I have been living in Calgary, Canada for the past six years and before that I lived in Australia! I love travelling the world with my family. I am extremely extroverted and love meeting new people. I just finished my first year in university and I am majoring in Communication and Media Studies!
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.
I have never tried cereal before!!
Tell us three things most people don’t know about you
Three things would have to be that I don’t like hot drinks, I did gymnastics for about 4 years and I am terrified of the ocean!

Before with Pink Crown Creative, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
The most interesting one would have been when I went on a trip to Guatemala and worked in a Village called Project Somos Children’s Village! I helped with the kids, cooking, agriculture and much more!
Motto, favourite quote or personal mantra?
“You already have a no, why not try getting the yes” This has been something my parents have told me my whole life, and it has pushed me to try things I never thought I could do. You will always have a no, but if you work hard and push yourself you are very much capable of getting that yes!
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
My favourite place I have travelled to so far would probably have to be Dubai, the city was beautiful, and I got to experience so many adventurous things there.
You’re happiest when?
I’m happiest when I am around my family, friends and my puppy!
How do you define success?
I believe success is something that comes from happiness and enjoyment. Success to me isn’t defined by money or numbers, “if you’re happy doing what you’re doing than nobody can tell you you’re not successful”.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would love to work in the fashion or music industry in the future. They are both something I have loved all my life and would love the opportunity to work in them.
What did you want to be when growing up?
I had many pets growing up and was always obsessed with them, so I really wanted to be a vet.
What is on your bucket list?
I have always wanted to have a picnic while taking a hot air balloon ride in a scenic place!
What is your favourite movie, tv and book?
My fave Tv show is definitely Prison Break!
My fave movie is Hush!
My fave book is we were liars!
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I love makeup and am always practicing different looks late at night. Now with quarantine I have picked up some other hobbies like cooking, baking and working out. They all have all helped me a lot staying creative.
What makes you the most excited about being a part of the Pink Crown Creative team?
My favourite thing about being part of the Pink Crown Creative team is that I can use my creativity and ideas to come up with content! Lindsay is so open to hearing new ideas, which allows our team to always stay creative and fresh with new ideas.
