OUR CORE VALUES
Creativity / Quality / Innovation / Excellence - Doing what we do in our own non-replicable way. Our creativity and innovation is what makes us stand out. In our team environment, we all help each other and provide thoughtful critiques to ensure that everything we do is to the best of our ability.
Teamwork / Collaboration / Inclusivity - Working as a team with not only each other, but our communities as well.
We value collaboration over competition. When we see each other as potential collaborators instead of competitors, great things can happen. We encourage the sharing of ideas and finding serendipitous opportunities to work together and help each other out.
We show respect for and value all individuals for their diverse backgrounds, life experiences, approaches, views, and ideas. We support and promote equality and diversity. We encourage and offer opportunities to educate our team to support diverse communities.
Leadership / Inspiration / Positivity - To be leaders within our community - being role models who other entrepreneurs and small businesses can look to for their business needs. Inspiring those in our community with our positivity, words, and voices.
Integrity / Authenticity - Speaking with truthfulness and sincerity, acting with honesty and fairness, behaving professionally and righteously. To be true to our unique selves and ideas while promoting the authenticity of others.
Trust / Transparency / Reliability / Accountability Doing the right thing loud and proud. Showing our stance on social issues and doing our part to help. We actively promote what we believe in and speak out against injustices.
Hi, I am Lindsay
I have been in the sales and marketing industry for almost 15 years. Hailing from Brampton, ON, I made the move to the West coast in 2013 to grow my career within the marketing industry and follow my travel bug heart to my new home of Vancouver, BC. Quickly fast tracking my way into a Marketing Manager role and spending the last 8 years leading my teams in the IT, Multi-Media, and Hospitality industries.
I found my true calling in September 2017 when I decided to make the bold move and quit the cushy corporate world to pursue my dreams and passions of owning my own business and being my own boss. The idea of Pink Crown Creative was born as I saw a gap in the industry and constantly got approached for marketing and social media advice from my peers and community who were seeking help and guidance. Using primarily social media marketing to grow my business, I wanted to find a way to inspire and influence entrepreneurs and small business owners to launch, market and grow their businesses using the same tools, while feeling really confident about being an entrepreneur and following their passions.
Some accomplishments include my podcast "Have You Met Her Yet?" debuting at #9 on the iTunes Entrepreneurship charts and was featured on Apple's New & Noteworthy Podcasts. I also have been nominated as a Woman of Influence for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards: Ones to Watch Award for both 2020 & 2021.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling, paddle boarding, hiking, watching murder mysteries with my husband, recording my podcast “Have You Met Her Yet?” and being a film and TV extra on the side.
After four years in business, I am thrilled to continue my entrepreneurial journey by partnering with local companies who support and encourage small business owners and entrepreneurs by providing them with the right support, tools and encouragement to build the careers and the lives of their dreams.
