Monday, June 15th, 2020 - Wemi Found
Wemi here, let’s start with a little get to know me: I am a Wife, Mom, Home Educator, Creative Director, Digital Content Editor and Digital Marketing/Social Media Consultant. For over five years, I worked in the software technology industry before branching out and taking my career on a solo journey.
Over the last three years, I have worked to establish my Planning & Stationery business @naomilovedesigns and I have developed a social presence with the YouTube channel “Moments of Love”. I believe in the power of passion and using your passion to drive your steps will take you far. My passion has always involved creatively using my voice. How I’ve chosen to use this voice has changed over the years from writing poetry to creative designing and I’m happy to be here today to share my voice with the amazing people on this platform.

Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 - Dami Gittens
Hi, I am Dami Gittens.
It all started in my 3rd year of university. I was an Economics major and took a course called money and banking. The professor had an interesting graphic on how $1 you spent travelled the world. I thought it was so fascinating and wanted be a part of that world.
Through my years of experience I understood from firsthand experience how impactful finances are to an individual’s wellbeing. I believe that I can have a positive effect on people’s lives that transcends generations by helping them accumulate, grow and protect their wealth.
I enjoy providing solutions and I’m really lucky enough that I can honestly say I end my days feeling fulfilled.
I am a fun loving wife, sister daughter, aunt, financial advisor who enjoys laughing, dancing and singing supposedly off key according to my husband.
I’m excited to share a day in my life with you all.

Wednesday, June 17th, 2020 - Shayna
Hey everyone ! My name is Shayna and I am the creator of Fit.Escape. I am a relatively new mom, I have a super sassy, outgoing, 14-month-old daughter, who truly brings joy & laughter to my life every day.
I am a certified personal trainer with a huge passion for all things sports, fitness, and health. I played basketball for the University of the Fraser Valley so being active is naturally apart of my life.
However, I have always struggled with finding the balance between working out and eating enough to sustain my body as well as suffering from a negative body image of never looking like “the ideal athlete”. My journey to health has been long and far from easy, which is why I wanted to become a personal trainer, so I could help others in their health & fitness journeys.
Healthy and strong look different on all of us. I encourage everyone to stop the comparisons and really tune into your body and what it needs from you but also find time to show appreciation towards your body and all that it does for us on a day to date
Currently, I am offering 1:1 personal training virtually/ in-person and 4 week at home programs that can be customized to the gym or home. If you have any questions, please feel free to DM me @fit.escape.
