Our mission is to build a creative community where we provide marketing & social media solutions to support businesses, industry relevant educational resources, an empowering platform for female stories and events celebrating female entrepreneurs, small businesses and creatively inspired individuals. We aim to provide excellent solutions, resources and experiences, while making the right decisions with integrity and compassion. Hi, I am Lindsay
a seasoned sales and marketing expert with an adventurous spirit and an entrepreneurial fire.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, my journey began in Brampton, ON, before I embarked on an exciting West coast adventure to Vancouver, BC, in 2013. Fueling my passion for marketing, I rapidly climbed the ladder, becoming a proficient Marketing Manager in the IT, Multi-Media, and Hospitality sectors over the past 8 years.
However, my true calling beckoned in September 2017 when I made the courageous decision to break free from the corporate world and pursue my dreams of owning my own business. Enter Pink Crown Creative – an innovative venture that blossomed from my keen observations of an industry gap and my innate ability to offer valuable marketing and social media guidance to my peers and community. Armed with my prowess in social media marketing, I set out to empower entrepreneurs and small business owners to launch, market, and grow their ventures confidently, while pursuing their passions with unwavering determination.
Among my impressive achievements, my podcast "Have You Met Her Yet?" burst onto the scene, debuting at an impressive #9 on the iTunes Entrepreneurship charts and earning recognition on Apple's New & Noteworthy Podcasts. My trailblazing efforts also led to prestigious nominations, including the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards: Ones to Watch Award for both 2020 and 2021.
Beyond my professional triumphs, I find joy in exploring the world, whether traveling to new destinations, paddle boarding on tranquil waters, or hiking amid nature's beauty.
Oh, and guess what? I'm not just all about marketing and entrepreneurship. You'll often find me indulging in my ultimate passion – movies! Yup, I'm a full-fledged film buff! When I'm not busy with my podcast or helping entrepreneurs, I'm living out my Hollywood dreams as a film and TV extra on the side. It's like stepping into different worlds and playing a part in someone else's story.
Now, after five remarkable years in business, I'm thrilled to embark on the next chapter of my entrepreneurial journey. I seek to collaborate with like-minded local companies that wholeheartedly support and encourage small business owners and entrepreneurs. Through these partnerships, I aim to provide aspiring individuals with the right support, tools, and encouragement to transform their dreams into fulfilling realities, building both successful careers and lives filled with passion and purpose. As I forge ahead, my unwavering commitment to empowering others remains the cornerstone of my impactful mission.
